A little about me.

Here are a couple insights into my stunning personality that I think you all should know.
I like to eat, so if someone was looking to teach me a few tricks, bribe me with a treat and I am all yours.
I take the stairs like a pro. Don't worry about my old injury there are no problems here. At first I liked to go a little fast down the stairs, but now I am an expert and have slowed down and under control.
I almost always like to play fetch. You can throw a stuffie out in the yard and I will bring it back to you to throw again. Don't worry, I won't make your arm sore or anything, about 5-6 times in a row and then I am pooped.
When I am really excited I jump. Some people find this adorable, I just jump up and down a couple of times to let you know how thrilled I am.
I like car rides. I don't whine or get sick or anything like that. I often just lay down and let you chauffeur me around.
Last thing is I enjoy going for walks, in fact here is a picture of me on one.

I'll be back at Borders

Here are a couple of pics of me (in the red muzzle) and my foster sister Neko running in the park. She always likes to get in front and turn around barking until someone chases her. It's hard to tell but in the third pic she is the one chasing me. Just look at those curls in the tails we are having such a good time.
I will be at Borders in Franklin tomorrow from 2-5 just waiting for some belly rubs while my foster mom wraps presents. See ya there.

What a day

I just wanted to tell you all about the exciting day we had yesterday. First of all we got all bundled up and went to Leipers Fork. There I got to walk in my first parade. There were all kinds of sights, smells, and sounds. There were a lot of people there and my foster mom thinks I did alright. I am nothing like my foster brother and sister who really wanted to be "friends" with the horse that was in front of us. After that we were on to Borders in Franklin where I meeted and greeted all of the people there. I was a bit tired so my fans had to really bend over the x-pen to rub my belly. Hey what can you expect I had been on my feet all day. I will have to check my schedule and get back with everyone about my upcoming appearances.

Have you guys seen this

I don't know if you guys have seen this before but my foster family keeps treats in this little torture device. It seems like I have to roll it around forever but I know that there are some treats in there and if I just keep at it one will magically drop out.

Halloween pictures

Here is what you have been waiting for, more pictures of me. My foster house got a new monster stuffie on Halloween so of course everyone wanted to take a turn playing with it. That's me chasing after my foster sister Neko. I just know I am going catch her one of these days. The last two are me in my costume. Don't I make the cutest butterfly ever?

Lonely's looking good!

Hey everyone, Lonely here. I had a pretty good Howl-o-ween. The 100 oaks Meet and Greet was the place to be. It was very fun and I got to dress up in a nice set of wings. Hopefully, I will get around to posting some pictures of me in my costume, but for now, I'm hoping to get a clean bill of health and released from medical hold. I am going for my final set of x-rays on Friday!! So stay tuned for an update, I think I'm fine, I sure like to bounce up and down a lot. Anyway, I'll let you know what I find out, then all my admires can request their homevisits ;)

On My Way

I will soon be Lonely in Nashville. My temporary foster Mom left me at Dr. Pearce's this morning at 7:00 after getting me up at 5:00. I slept really good last night on the doggie bed in their bedroom, went out to potty this morning, and then she fed me in the crate. No problem. They had company come in last night and I was more than happy to meet and greet their family from Alabama. I am waiting now for Ms. Pam to pick me and Heidi up and take us to Nashville.
More later when I get settled in my new foster home.

Lonely's photos

Lonely in Memphis

Yes, my name is Lonely, but I'm sure not lonely! When I got to my new home I met Evan, Barney the puppy, and Ms. Debutante. I kept following Mom around the house and giving her kisses whenever possible. We all laid down together and napped when Mom was on the computer last night. Of course, I have to be on leash when I go outside to potty, but I have no trouble doing that. Mom had no problem with me the first night (Tuesday) until it was time to go to bed. I did not like the crate. I whined and when Mom checked on me she found I had pulled some of the stuffing out of my bedding and started pulling the sheet on top through the crate in a couple of spots. So Mom just put me in their bedroom with the door closed. I settled right down and slept on a doggie bed at the foot of their bed! I just wanted to be with everyone and not stuck alone in a crate in the living room. Debutante and Barney were in their crates in the bedroom and Evan was in the closet. I slept until Mom woke up at 5:00. She fed me in my crate and that was OK 'cause I really like to eat. Outside to potty a few times before she left for school and then my foster Dad put me in the crate with my muzzle on when he left. Photos to follow later.....

I'm not Lonely :)

I picked up the very sweet "Lonely" at Southland this afternoon and took her to Dr. Pearce's for a recheck. He was very pleased with her recovery so far. The x-ray looked good. She came home with me and everything has gone quite well this evening. Barney, Evan, and Debutante are adjusting to having a visitor. She is a happy girl, loves to give kisses, follows me around the house, and has decided that the floor is a great place to get comfortable and take a nap. She has done her business on leash with no problem and is walking well inside the house, no accidents. More later after her first night with us.....
